I love to cook. Just the type of person that I am. The question is do you?
On Twitter last night I was talking to a few people CharlyBu, and a few others. The idea struck me. Why not create a cookbook with recipes from fellow Webcomic authors, artists, people in the community as a whole.
There’s no prizes; It’s not a contest; Just a love of home-cooked meals that you have made. Be it family recipes or something you just made up that you enjoy. Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, Desserts. It doesn’t matter what you submit. Now, here’s the thing.
Similar to what Phil (“Frumph”) has done with http://wow.webcomicplanet.com/ I want to do the same for this cookbook. If you don’t know what I mean, visit that site. Call it another method of promoting yourself and your webcomic (Those that are in Frumph’s WAR! would definitely add some gems to that list)
So, here’s what I’ll need.
Subject of the email: Webcomics Cookbook Entry
Category: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, non-Alcoholic drinks
Recipe (measurements, cooking instructions,etc)
Notes: Any modifications that you’ve done that made it extra yummy
Family Recipe: Yes / No, which family member
Who you are?
What is your webcomic name and URL?
What is your webcomic about?
Bio about yourself (not necessary but would be great to add)
Picture of self (not necessary, only if you want)
Picture of dish (if possible, not neccesary)
Picture of webcomic (or I can choose one)
Do you have to submit only one? Nope, you can submit as many as you like.
